  ECU - Ecuadorian women's national team to play friendlies before South American Championship:

GUAYAQUIL - The Ecuadorian women's national team announced the final roster that will participate in the South American Games in Medellin scheduled from March 20-24. Prior to that tournament they will play against Paraguay (18) and Venezuela (19).

The national team is participating on a tournament in Quito with adult teams in order to be prepared for this challenge.

"It has been beneficial for the girls to have competition prior to the games because they will go with an excellent technical and physical preparation. It is a tough tournament but our objective is to reach a medal and we are working for it," said FEB President, Galo Vargas.
