The Administration Department is responsible for overseeing all FIBA Americas
activities and specifically:
- Co-ordination and organisation of FIBA-Americas meetings
- Supervision and organisation of the working papers of the FIBA-Americas
Commissions/Board/General Assembly
- Technical co-ordination of office logistics (eg FIBA Americas material)
- Co-ordination and organisation of Commission meetings in co-operation with
the respective contact person
- Attendance at FIBA Americas Meetings
- Organisation and co-ordination of amendments in the FIBA-Americas Internal
Regulations.
- Final editing of the official FIBA-Americas Regulations and documents
- Assists the Secretary General
- General co-ordination of the Secretariat work
- Organisation of staff-meetings
- Preparation and distribution of meeting/event plans
- Preparation and distribution of working plans
- Responsible for all office material
- Daily administration of all correspondence
